Beautiful pastries. Dane, the first time I went to Paris and ate pastries from an Artisian Patessairie I was so excited and thrilled. Your excitement about these pastries are reminding me of my excitement of the experience of "feeling" the dessert. It just makes you happy when you can feel the thought, effort and love that goes into such a thing. :-) (I get you here)
