2+ yrs for me and my family . Praying for everyone that is suffering from this horrendous situation

One year! This thing is a beast. I was going to say the drive would outdo any benefits from the oxygen. I was initially getting out for different therapy, doesn’t work, moving with fatigue. I am sticking to a schedule of mostly laying down - doing breathing, sound healing, meditation. I am not leaving the house. I am just moving to make food. In the last month I am seeing improvement and can stand up more, and do more, around the house. I will still keep up the resting routine. You’re definitely onto something that rest (with breath work) is the answer. We rebuild energy with the resting, that’s the absolute key to unlocking long Covid. Looking forward to your next update 🙌.

Yeah you know what I've woken up this morning feeling awful, and it's probably because I have not been resting anywhere near enough. I think you've got the right approach with only getting up to get food. I'm up and about frantically looking for the way to get better when all along its waiting for me back in bed. Lol. Makes me very grateful that I'm in the position to be able to have that choice! Happy resting!

Harvey could you list your symptoms from worse to not as bad..thanks buddy
@harveydann70152 жыл бұрын
Worst symptom is definitely fatigue. I've got good at managing it and not allowing it to get worse but it's probably about a 5/10, but have been doing a fair bit lately so I'm a bit more tired. Brain fog which is about a 3/10. Then the strange sensation of having inflamed airways that's cold when I breathe but that doesn't really get in my way. And that's actually about it at the moment except for if I push myself which is when the shit hits the old fan, but I'm making sure I don't do that.

You’re in the same state I am but I’m 2 1/2 yrs in! I got into a bloody breathing study and their App didn’t won’t .. my breathing tool came and that didn’t work!! I thought why would you launch this stuff and it not work.. so I’ll give the Wim guy a look and see what it’s all about! I’m in Florida with humidity through the roof so can’t get out! I find I can get a few exercises done on my bed before sleeping, that’s helped huge! Magnesium Malate at night .. good luck 👍

Do u deal with crazy anxiety and panic attacks?
@harveydann70152 жыл бұрын
I was a lot more anxious to begin with. I do breathwork and meditation which works absolute wonders for both those things.

@@harveydann7015 im in peacehaven man. I don't have allot of friends left since this, as I'm reluctant to go out and socialise . Would be happy to have a long covid friend near here.

@@Rebelconformist82 ahh the haven of peace. Yeah the social aspect of this shit is a weird one, I've just had a relapse and starting to realise I don't think I'm resting enough. Be good to catch ya further down the line though.
