Ingredients for sponge cake(海绵蛋糕):
2 large eggs (鸡蛋) - grade A
55g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
60g (1/2 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
2 tbsp milk (鲜奶)
2 tbsp corn oil (玉米油)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
Pudding (椰奶布丁):
1 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
250ml (1 cup) milk (鲜奶)
3 pandan leaves, knotted (3片班兰叶,打结)
250ml (1 cup) thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
125ml (1/2 cup) water (水)
2 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)
2 tbsp water (水)
Topping (啫哩表层):
1 tin of longan in syrup, drained (1 罐龙眼,沥干)
3 tbsp instant jelly powder (即溶啫哩粉)
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) water (水)
250ml (1 cup) longan syrup (龙眼糖水)
