5:26 I think that's the first time I've ever seen a jet bridge connect to a Ryanair plane. Anyway, back to the thought experiment. I'm thinking home base baggage handling, ground staff and other services could be done in-house as it were with contractors at international destinations. Maybe check-in and related services would have similar numbers of staff at each airport given that I'm thinking all 787 fleet with any short haul connections operating under contract by partner airlines. I would want all food to be coeliac safe on all the airline's flights and I think sourcing for home based flights from Shannon wouldn't be too difficult given that I know of a business that is specifically gluten free. There would be a strict tendering process for foreign flights catering to ensure the food is

I feel like you forgot a critical service (at least for international flights), food. For example you might want to make an agreement with DNATA for catering and having foods which represent the arrival location
