i wanted to loose belly fat cause my stomach looked like i'm getting a baby! So i started doing this 2 months ago... one time in the morning. in the afternoon i went jogging for 15 Minutes and in the evening i did this again. i tried out this routine every single day without candy! and it worked!!!!!! at the beginning i havent seen any results at all, but after a few weeks you can see some results!!!! so: stop dreaming, START DOING! I'm a guy and have done this once a day for four days. Had two days off and have just started again today. Will repeat the process. After the first four days I could already see a difference and have defiantly lost some of the beer belly. I guess everyone will react differently, but for me it's defiantly working well so far.

I've been doing this for 2 weeks now, 2 times a day morning and night, together with military diet also i drink apple cider vinegar in the morning with empty stomach at night i drink moringa juice after dinner. Just a self-discipline if you really want to see result. From 64kilos down to 56kilos in just 2 weeks. Im 22 y.o and 5'5 tall😊Hope everyone have a great day💕God bless you all💕

Minahil Minu you can do it. but you must do intermittent fasting like I did. Basically intermittent fasting you fast for 16 hours a day, only drinking water or 0 callorie drinks. And you eat only after your 16 hours are over for 8 hours a day. I have lost all my fat due to this method. Plus I would do some exercise like you see in these videos a few times a week for even faster results

Fifth day I’m doing this. Havent seen any MAJOR results yet. I love that it is not one of those video’s that promises a flat stomach in one week. I did lose 1 kg already! I’ll keep you updated :) So I was planning on doing this for a week but I decided that I am gonna keep doing this because I won’t stop until I see results. I do this workout with a lower belly fat workout and a 7 days challenge workout. I do see difference in my waist It’s about 5 days later I ate reaaaallly shitty in the weekend, like actual crap But I am back on track: I’ve been doing this for a total of 2 weeks now and I do see difference in my tummy

NEW UPDATE: June 15th 2019 Ok so first off, i started my weight loss journey in febuary 15th 2019, since then ive been doing lumowells workout video "burn 500 calories in 30 minutes" and since then ive lost 23 pounds. I now weigh 158 pounds, my goal is 140. Im going to start doing this video as a warm up then do the 500 calorie video exercises as well. Im also going to try to start drinking green tea matcha to help make the weight loss go faster. Ill update on may 15th 2019.

For anyone wondering if this works or not. It does. i do this once everyday with dome other workouts. But the thing is i do this after school, and then with my usual worout routine. This is the only belly excercise i do so i know it works. I totally recommend it. Mix it in with some cardio or other workouts for more results. 9.5/10.

This is my plan: do this workout twice, add 4 to each exercise and add 84 push-ups, 42 overhead press, 42 bicep curls, 42 lateral raise,42 lunges each side using the wall for support, running up and down the stairs 6 times, and biking a few days a week.

I have been following this video for the past 4 days. Doing it twice in the morning right when I wake up. I shower, have coffee/water and then have some food at lunch/afternoon. I'm trying intermittent fasting as well and I'm the type of person who LOVES breakfast food. I just have breakfast in the afternoon. Will check back in about a month or so. Also there's a chance I'll start doing this exercise 3 times when I get stronger and may vary the exercises. Wish me luck :D

For those complaining about the breathing being annoying, turn down the volume. I'll agree that it is very annoying but it helps some people do the exercises better. If you play a sport, such as soccer which is the sport I play, your coach tells you to breath in and out to help you maintain your balance and stability.

2-3 weeks do this everyday. On weekends tho do it twice with a 4-5 hour time in between.

I'm only 10 and I do this 2 times in the morning,on the afternoon I ride my bike thought my complex 2 times and my complex is really big, and the when I come back I do this 2 times again, and then on the evening I do this 2 times again, and I lost like 10 pounds from yesterday, to today.

Okay... I really see the changes. When I’m looking at the mirror I see that my belly i smaller and more flat. I actually lost 2 kg and... I will back with more results!

I can say... „Yes, it works”, because it works! I Lost 5 kg. U need to know, that it works and stay motivated! I’m happy, but I’m still exercising 20-40 minutes a day. Without a special diet, you will see results after week and if you haven’t got a big belly, you will see really big results in one month. So... good luck!

Day 1. Did it on bed😂 Definitely felt the burn, and it reduces about 0.1 kg. Its not as hard as I thought it would be, I completely enjoyed the whole workout. Im not the type of person to workout so im a little bit dizzy after the workout, but its fine. Even after the first workout I can see a tiny bit of result.

Joanne Ryan the most best way go for a 30 min jog but if cannot push yourself but fill free to take brake then do this exercise then afterwards jog aging but for 20 mins then walk intill your heart calms down then eat something with lots of protein and then notice the amazing results in only 5 weeks guarantee
