Bcaa- during work out mixed in water Whey protein - post workout Creatine before workou mix in water half n before workout. Multivitmains aftr breakfast Also vitamin c get from food etc if limcee thn hve it post breakfast Shilajit / ashwagandha anytime during the day. There r many videos how to take shilajit tl. I agree with all your points , excellent video , just a few things - 1) If on a fat loss journey , protein jsolate is slightly better than whey protein 2) If your protein intake is adequate taking BCAA won't give you any extra benefit 3) I came down to 85 kgs ( 12% body fat ) from 132 kg ( 37.4% body fat ) while maintaining my muscle in 8 months without requiring any fat loss supplements , so I don't know about the product you are advertising

Sir merko body recomposition follow krte hue 3 mahine ho chuke hain. Ghar me hi strength training krta hoon using resistance bands and dumbells 3 times a week with proper nutrition and protein in every meal without any supplements. Weight sirf 2kg loose hua hai but body thodi tone up hogyi hai pehle se. I am following Push pull leg, should I continue ya kuch change krun?

New subscriber here Sir. I have wtch half of your vdeos recently, very informative n helpful. I joined my gym on March 2023, witn trainer around 5months but due to some financial probelm i left n chnge to another gym, so rt Now i workout myself without trainer..i just want to know about the diet, i use only protein powder, glutamine, carnitine. Is there any other good diets plz suggest me, i want to grow muscle faster quickly. And during that 5 months with my trainer i lose weight from 106.7 to 87.3, and my trget set is between 70 to 75kg. So overall my question is plz suggest me gym diets not meal/food rather than those 3 mention above Jai hind🙏
