will do this for 2 weeks !!!!!! Wish me luck I'll come back every day with updates I'm back I can just feel it in me I don't feel tired in climbing stairs or running much anymore ( cause of how hard this has been climbing and running are nothing anymore) ;) I feel like about 2 inches have been reduced I feel great and just a little more of this I will no longer feel insecure in shorts A reasonable portion of my thigh us gone :))))))

The fact that u do the repetitions Withus makes it unique than others and more motivating and interesting (the choice of music makes it come back again the next day) thanks a lot

Susana, thank you....what I love is 3, 2, 1..... and less no of exercises but more repetitions...workouts are very effective.

You should do this exercise I did this only for 2 days and 0.05 inches decreased

Hello miss Susana, I would love to try this exercise as well but the problem is I don't have time as I'm a working mother I have tight schedule everyday but I make time in the morning for exercise and evening too, can you please suggest me any alternative please
