Let me start off by saying I wish I had taken a before pic, but I’m going to be honest I didn’t think your exercises would work for me. Ive been doing a combination of your burpees and Jumping Jacks #6 workout along with IF for three weeks. Yesterday my daughter told me she see my abs coming in. I am sooo geeked.

Any movement works for loosing weight, the problem with many things out there is, they are boring or too repetitive (and some need special gear), while Adrian's Videos are basically "You have everything at home! So what's holding you back?" and he has videos for basically all Levels (especially when he shows exercises sitting that still work). I really love his videos and wish he would have more subs!

I've been on this workout several days now and I always think at the start of this video that I might be ready to graduate from using a towel. Boy, am I wrong, lol. Only a couple of sets in and my stomach, shoulders, back, and neck give me grief, lol. Not weighing myself, just wanting to get in better shape since I got carried away with snacking/grazing. I can definitely tell my arms are getting stronger. Between this and being mindful to eat less, my clothes are fitting better and I feel better. :D One of the greatest things about this exercise, besides the simplicity and accessibility, is that it's fairly quiet -- can't really jump on the floor in my building at 3 AM. But I sure can shake the hell out of a towel. Thanks for all your creative, dedicated work, Adrian!

So brutally honest that he lied about his fitness qualifications. He stated that he had a degree in Exercise Physiology from a university that doesn't offer one. When I confronted him, he changed it to a degree in Exercise Kinesiology. There is no such thing. He then claimed that he had a degree in P.E. but won't say from where or when he 'graduated'. You're taking advice from a guy that is completely unqualified to be giving it. Not only is he just another in a long list of internet fitness frauds, he's potentially dangerous. He doesn't give a shit about you or anyone else. Wise up.

This is my 5th day of having covid and I swear I was dying. But I wanted to give it a shot and come back to being active, this short workout was beyond perfect! I gave as much as I could to still be able to control my breathing and yeah, I'm sweating. I used this exercise but instead of sitting I jumped in place. Not only did I get the benefit from working the arms but I think I also got some from the legs. Idk if it’s true but it felt really intense like I was doing jump rooe or something. To make it more fun I watched some good tv. I mean. Im sitting watching tv why not excercise and watch tv.

@@AdrianBryant just confirmation I’m desperate to get rid of these bat wings lol. I’m already doing the jumping jack 20 minute few times a week in addition my work out and I love it! Did the 20 minutes bedsheet today as a ad on. Looking forward to the summer for the first time in years. Thank you.

Hello man! I'm 26 years old woman with 68 kgs and 5.3 height.. There is a very important function after 50 days ..I want to lose minimum 17 kgs... Is it possible??? Adrian, I am in 3 rd week of sitting on my backside because of ankle reconstruction. I cannot put left foot on ground. I think I know the answer but I am going to ask.. will this help?

@@kurtschulten5369 me too. I have do one other just today but it is 1 hour and has cardio exercise on it. I lost 1.5 kg in my first day.Let see tomorrow what will happen. 🤷♀️

@@Fe0603 It is physiologically impossible to take off more than 1.5 pounds of body FAT in a WEEK, so if you took off 3.5 pounds in one day, what was it? Well, the majority was water and your cells will rehydrate with your first drink of water. A 'VERY' small amount will be fat but if you continue to induce a rapid extreme 'WEIGHT' loss over time, like you are doing, you will force your body to cannibalize your muscle and in turn will train your body to become a more efficient 'FAT' producer. So what do you do? Be patient, be consistent, set rational goals, learn how to set up an effective exercise program (not extreme), learn about proper nutrition (not fads) and for gawd's sake, stop listening to online video fitness frauds like this guy.

@@kurtschulten5369 look is not my first time that i do exercise. Before of this i do chloe tings program. I don't know maybe you are right . I will do thouse and today i will see what will happen with my weight. I know that from this i have understand that i have more and more muscles on my bady 😂😂😂 i have a lot of pain, i do exercise befor of this .i have only one problem . I have see some varicose vens on my legs. I dont know if is any problem for them. I dont have pain. I am only 30 and i am very worry about them

On Each Piece of paper I wrote down things I wanted OUT of my life: Insecurities, negative thoughts, hurdles I wanted to overcome, people I wanted to prove wrong, etc. You'll be more motivated to keep up the wind production if you see what evil you are trying to defeat!
