Hi everyone! Welcome back. I remember after my first delivery, I suffered a lot from depression and body dysmorphic disorder. I felt horrible when I looked in the mirror. Getting dressed was emotionally overwhelming because my body has changed so rapidly. Now after my second pregnancy, I have learned more about acceptance. There are also some habits that I changed with my second pregnancy as compared to my first in order to just be healthier.
