Not easy but so good I picked up some of your moves for my workout my body is aching but it’s so good 5 mns every day my legs burn inside

Lord knows how long it takes me to do these 20 minute exercises😂 I realize that i’ve been able to do high planks and squats better now, thanks to this channel 🙏

I felt that way, too. When I first started, those bicycle crunches were unbearable! Now I can do them a little better.

Day 10, I’ve already lost 1.3 kg after starting this challenge. This was one of the best cardio workouts I’ve done on KZbin!

Day 10 completed. Thank you MrandMrs! I'm crushing it. I just have to be more consistent. P.S. I can do bicycle crunches and mountain climbers better now. You're right. Consistency is key!

Loving this work out! Now on day 24 of working out. Have not worked out for years. Day 1 I was so frustrated I could not even do a 3 second plank. Did the whole plank today.

As far I can see just a few changes on my size but definitely stronger than when I started the challenge, so this is a big improvement for me! 🏆

nice!!! this one is relatively easy! I saw progress in myself. I manage to do bicycle crunch without stopping midway! managed to do 30 seconds for all 4 rounds! I also include jumping jack to push myself harder! took a day off after day 9 bcos my legs were wobbly after that and came back doing day 10 with so much spirit! 2 more days left ! don't be afraid to give yourself a break. listen to your body well and they will thank you later ❤️

I started this again after gaining weight 160lb to 165lb I'm on day 10 9 days to go I started going from day14 to day1 cause if I started with day 1 I feel like I would give up so I decide to change days lol let's see how much will I lose till I get to day 1 😅

Oh man... Today was crushing.. I absolutely loved it. Had to take double breaks. Just one issue. I do this today session without pooping in the morning. Is that bad?? I generally do this after nature's call. PS I have constipation problem. Please suggest something

Well done for completing another day your determination is amazing! It may have made training a little more challenging if you were feeling heavy or sluggish. If you are struggling with regular bowel movements try drinking more ( you may be dehydrated) eating more fiber (it helps with many things like minimizing blood sugar spikes or promoting regular and more fluid bowel movements) and try massaging your stomach following the direction of your large intestine (from the right side to the left, once you get left move towards your belly button) this will help move the build up in your intestines. Give these a try and let me know how you get on. Hope this helps.

I just completed day 10 for the second time. It was the most challenging out of all the cardio workouts. I could barely complete round 3 and 4 but I am noticing that my squats and planks have improved greatly.
