Loving this work out! Now on day 24 of working out. Have not worked out for years. Day 1 I was so frustrated I could not even do a 3 second plank. Did the whole plank today.

nice!!! this one is relatively easy! I saw progress in myself. I manage to do bicycle crunch without stopping midway! managed to do 30 seconds for all 4 rounds! I also include jumping jack to push myself harder! took a day off after day 9 bcos my legs were wobbly after that and came back doing day 10 with so much spirit! 2 more days left ! don't be afraid to give yourself a break. listen to your body well and they will thank you later ❤️

Oh man... Today was crushing.. I absolutely loved it. Had to take double breaks. Just one issue. I do this today session without pooping in the morning. Is that bad?? I generally do this after nature's call. PS I have constipation problem. Please suggest something

Well done for completing another day your determination is amazing! It may have made training a little more challenging if you were feeling heavy or sluggish. If you are struggling with regular bowel movements try drinking more ( you may be dehydrated) eating more fiber (it helps with many things like minimizing blood sugar spikes or promoting regular and more fluid bowel movements) and try massaging your stomach following the direction of your large intestine (from the right side to the left, once you get left move towards your belly button) this will help move the build up in your intestines. Give these a try and let me know how you get on. Hope this helps.
