In this video I bash my (Newly) Brushless Converted 1/5th scale Losi 5ive-T……Its powered by an Enormous 800kv Castle 2028 Sensored Brushless Motor and a Hobbywing Max 5 Esc with Huge 8mm QS8 connectors….it’s also running High Capacity PowerHobby 9000mah (130c Discharge Rate) Hardcase 4s Lipo Batteries

Liked and subbed. Great series for me - last time I ran my 5t was 7 years ago - already got 8s running my XMaxx so time for an e-conversion. What's your run time with 8s / 6000 mah packs?

15 minutes maybe…….I’m running 9000mah packs though….it’s not very long but I’ve gotten more use out of my 5t since I’ve converted over to electric than the entire time it was gas powered lol

For the second battery tray, why not put some sort of spacer in there so the battery sits above the bolts. All you would need is a small piece of plywood glued to the tray. This would bring down your Center of gravity and probably protect the battery better in cases of roll over.

Yeah I could possibly make some sort of spacer…….I feel like these batteries being stacked has little effect on the center of gravity considering how heavy this machine is
