I recently found an iPhone 6. The Owner called not even 30 minutes later. We met at a local gas station and I returned the phone. Her Boyfriend even tried to offer me money for returning it with such ease. You can't put a price on being a good person and doing the right thing. I wouldn't accept his money. I just asked that if one day they are in the same position then to do the right thing. That's all I wanted in return. I can't stand thieves and I do not understand how people don't feel bad morally for doing the things they do.

I once found a ladys purse on a shopping cart. It had her CC, ID, Passport and $600+ . I took the money...nah I'm jk jk. Hehe. I turned it in to customer service, and she came running back about an hr or so later crying! And saying how she was afraid all of her stuff would be stolen and she'd have to go through the trouble of getting all of her personal information safe. The lady who worked at the customer service told pointed at me and she ran up to me giving me this strong ass hug. I just told her "I could never take someones personal items, and said it was no problem". Glad I did the right thing.

People are so dishonest. I have found a few phones and immediately contacted someone from their contact list who could get in touch with the owner. Even when one phone belonged to a Hispanic man and there was a language barrier. I looked online to research how to tell him I found his phone in Spanish. Was the least I could do, and it got me to start studying wanting to learn the language. I think about how I'd feel if I lost my phone and nobody bothered to return it. I'd be really upset.

I remember finding an iPhone at the St. Louis arch one holiday weekend. I didn't know how hard it was to find an ATT store until I tried finding one in downtown St. Louis. I finally found one near the hotel I was staying at and turned it in. The strange part is the look of confusion on the employee's faces when I told them I found this and wanted to turn it in since they had a better chance of finding the owner then I did.

My fiance&I lived next to her at Monterey Pines apt in Fresno&we are 45yrs old, she is 19 0r 20&I will be darned I don't know her name but she got busted by the COPS for Meth&went to a drug facility for awhile&claims this doctor tried to rape her. If my fiance and I go somewhere she follows us, even if we go out of town! I have a 15yr old son and she said that's why she's not killing me! Watch your phones&computers all the time, people really steal stuff. Seems like she may have gotten this at her drug rehab program! Like a normal person I found a fancy phone in a parking lot and I thought should I leave it for the person to come back and find or should I take it and wait for them to call? I figured the next person might not be honest like me so I took it. Person called within an hr I told them I had it and met with them at a gas station and gave it to them. End of story.

Doesn’t make sense, I have to keep a separate chip in my laptop and phone that I can remotely track, separate from the regular tracking, once you plug it into a laptop with someone who knows how to use it properly they could take off everything off the laptop and reset it. Taking the tracking system off of it. I’ve had my phone stolen and that happened to me, they turned my phone off were they stole it on the map and that was the last signal my phone ever gave :(. I also had a few criminal friends that I try not to judge since grew up a lot more privlaged than them.
