The moment those ridiculously, hate filled videos pop up on my suggestions, they immediately get blocked. I wish youtube had the ability to block channels from your search results. Valid criticism is always welcomed, but it was disgusting how, IMMEDIATELY, not an hour after the trailer was released, the avalanche of hate was so stupid.

Thank you! Life is too short to be hate-filled all the time. Besides, we get the privilege to see a billion dollar production set in Middle Earth, and people are complaining? That's insane to me.

Agreed. I'll be critical when it's warranted, but the blind hate is too much. I feel like half of it is just for clicks anyway.

This episode! Tom made me cry. The Harfoots/Stoors backstory made me cry. The Entwife made me cry. The Barrow wigths's look was fantastic (didn't make me cry, almost) I think it was pretty smart of them to release the first 3 episodes together, since they were all pretty much a "where we were, where we are now" kinda intro episodes. Releasing them one at a time would've made the series a bit too slow. Like, Get On With It! But now we're gettign to the good good action parts! Now let's see what happens. Loving this season! Got my notifications on so I don't miss your next reacts. :)

I was waiting for this reaction! I knew you were gonna love what they've set up with this ep and all the creatures/monsters! And yup Adar called Galadriel by the Quenyan version of her name. I think he said Altáriel/Alatáriel. I wonder who this guy actually is. Adar isn't even his name name. It just means father lol.

Really enjoyed this reaction and as a first time viewer of your channel I’m definitely gonna go back and watch your others in the series. Subbed! Galadriel’s name in Quenya is “Alatáriel” Also; I think the stranger might be Saruman. As he is said to have traveled East before setting up camp at Isengard and Tom said his task is to confront Sauron. I know each of the wizards had a sort of task to do, Gandalf was a friend to the people, Rhadaghast was friend to Nature and I thought Saruman’s task was to lead the forces of middle earth in union against Sauron’s forces. I could be misremembering though. I have a tonne of fun thinking about all the different possibilities lol

I think the mystery around the stranger is exciting. I was convinced he was Gandalf at the end of last season, but now I'm hoping he's not. I'm really leaning toward the two wizards being the two blues, but I like this Saruman theory too. They would certainly make me look at him differently.

A wizards staff is like a name..its yours already..if your prove yourself worthy of it.. a Gand is the old norse word for staff or wand and the Stoor called him a great big grand elf so Nori must get it in the next guess 😂 hopefully. How Perfect was Tom and we haven't seen him in his outfit yet so the best is yet to come 🥹.

I cried at Nori learning the story of the stoors and why the Harfoot's have been wandering all this time. Now they're gonna find the Suzat 🥰 every episode has made me cry I just really love this series and the cast are perfect.

There's been a hint that he's Gandalf every episode. I'm just wondering if it's an actual hint or it's a false lead being planted by the show runners to throw us off the scent.

@@pigskinpoetry I only think this because of the overall theming. The three: Elrond, Galadriel and the Stranger all had main storylines which could coincide with the making of the three, as the future ring bearers. Isildur and his family is related to the one ring of power, and the southlanders/wild men could be involved in the cursed or Nazgûl storylines.
