This class is ideal for getting back into your groove with Pilates. It's a highly requested routine that I've given a lot of through to. It's completely natural to get out of the swing of movement sometimes and making time for yourself on your mat. This class will gently ease you back into creating that time for yourself. It will help switch on your Pilates brain and connect you back to your Pilates breathe, core connection and body awareness. You'll start to feel mobile, strong and ready for more! I am so proud of you for beginning again.
