First time viewer here!! 👋🏻 So I use the same sausage for kolaches except I use canned biscuits. I buy the smallest sized ones, where 10 come in a can. Which is perfect because 10 sausages are on the pack. Wayyyyyy easier, just brush the tops with egg wash before baking, then brush with butter after. My family DEVOURS them!!

I made the Shepard's pie pretty much like you have. I did mine with onion soup mix worcestershire sauce and baked in oven in the same pan.

I'm right there with you on those Kolaches, I have no patience for all that. I usually get puff pastry and use that instead, quick and easy, but tastes great. The ones you made did look great though.

I just use cresants or biscuit already made dough ...use turkey precooked sausage.. prepared and baked 15 mins tops !!! Like someone mentioned pigs in a blanket. So easy and fast

I’ve never heard of kolachi like that. My mom used to make nut apricot kolachi. Always reminds me of her ❤️Now I want some lol absolutely love your meals. I always says “I don’t love cooking, but I do love eating” LOL

I think they’re traditionally like fruit filled or something so I’m not sure why Texas decided to put sausage but either way they’re super yum!
