Speaking as an adoptee, you would really miss out on a lot of the reality of your life if she did that. I grew up thinking I was Swedish. I look the part. Turns out my dna traces to what we now call SE England. I cannot find a living relative closer than 3rd cousin, but at least I know my true origins. You would want to know. You would also want to know why she thought she owned that information until you were 28. Pretty cruel.

there is also a difference between, like, culture on competition shows and whatnot. so, an example of this, is that in america and on american screens gordon ramsey is known for his swearing, cursing, being obscenely blunt with his competitors. however, over in his own country, the british see him as much more calm, still very blunt but in a proper british way, and etc. gordon himself (i think) said that he’s known for his yelling in america so that’s why he continues to do it, because american audiences love drama, but over in britain it’s different. it could be the reason this season of love is blind might actually have couples that work out, because the british don’t heavily focus on drama like american producers. there still is trashy british tv don’t get me wrong, im just saying it’s not as prevalent on british screens as american ones.
