I remember that red, white stripe with tiny holly. I made some xmas stockings out of it during early 90's!

So beautiful! I always love your videos - so great to see a real quilter rather than a quilt shop owner who cuts off 2 inch selvedges and uses expensive fancy rulers. I always lay my quilts out on the floor as I don’t have a design wall. Thank you, Beth.

So cute and easy to make! Nothing wrong with using older fabrics...I personally love the vintage ones! This inspires me to use up some old Christmas fabrics in my stash.

I’ve a Jellyroll that will make a beautiful quilt. It’s shades of green and white prints, with green. I’ve turned to your videos to help my path to a lovely quilt like yours. I appreciate your strip set advice and I’m sure it will Help. I hope to finish by Christmas! Happy sewing, and quilting! 🧵

You are awesome! Love to watch you sew and create. I need to be doing mine but I have spent 4 days in the bed after a birthday party on Sunday which was more stress than my old body can take anymore. Feeling better and this makes me want to move on. With 4 more great grands needing a quilt now that they have outgrown cribs. And Mamas all saying that theirs are wearing out I am going to have a handful. But you are giving me wonderful ideas for future projects...so wanted to say Thank You for all you do.

Beth, I recognize so many of this fabrics. I like it on point, nice look. I tore many of them into 1” strips and then subcut and had the kids tie them tightly around a folded 6”strip and made fabric tied garland. I love dropping around large picture frames, shelves, wrapping around things across the mantle. Another great way to use old Christmas fabric and keep the kids or grandkids busy.

I think I decided why I like scrappy quilts. They looks as if they were meant to be used. A really fancy, "arty" quilt, I would be afraid to use it. Not that this one isn't fancy. Not sure if that makes sense? This quilt just looks cozy and I can see it on the back of my couch during the holidays, ready to cuddle with while watching Holiday movies on TV.

Love your idea! Recently, I made a wonky log cabin lap quilt in leftover Christmas fabric my mom had collected over the years. It now has special meaning to me. I love using scraps!! I also just made a quilt with just 3 colors in a set pattern of repeating blocks. I was so bored with it. Give me scrap patterns any day!

Hi Beth, your video encouraged me to (finally) cut into my (very) unused Christmas printed fabrics. It's all been stored in a suitcase (full to the brim!), because I didn't have space on my shelves for it. They'd been overlooked in my 'stash' for sooo long! I'll make this Squares on Point quilt (or at least a few tablerunners for gifts!) for next holidays. Your 'on point' rug is such a great idea for laying out pieced strips for placement! Oh, it's also lovely listening to your calming music in the background, too. I'd like to see your finished quilt when trimmed and quilted! I've subscribed & will view more of your videos. Thank you for your helpful & most enjoyable channel :)
