It was originally sung by Martika of Toy Soldiers fame. After her first album she collaborated with Prince. She had a book of Poems and one of those Poems was Love Thy Will Be Done. After Prince saw the Poem he turned it into a song. Martika made a video for the song in 1991 (I think). Later years Prince performed the song himself at his concerts.

ALL vocals and instruments you hear in this song on this upload are by Prince, he did this alone. He's that good! 100% Prince. Sorry.
