I agree with the principle of this message from bright minds, but however if one has most of, if not, all of these qualities, and then falls in love with someone and, after the honeymoon stage, the person who doesn't love themselves enough is going to hurt the other. So my message is: it's very rare that you have two people at the same level of love. Love to all and all to love🙏

Showing love for others can make you happy but without truly loving yourself u’ll find no motivation to live. Helping others will give u a spark of happiness. But if u continue to love others but not yourself, you’ll become depressed and realize that world is happy without you. A good analogy is probably a depressed therapist. Their entire job is to help people yet they will still feel sad, even when they know how to make others happy. I don't think this video is meant for people in abusive relationships. It's more about people who are in love with each other but drift apart because of a lack of flexibility or because they're more obsessed over being right in their point of view, because if the other person's right, that can only mean that "they're wrong" and it threatens them although there might not be a right or wrong answer.

Apropos about the subject , as I learned from wise people, to love someone is a choice you make every single day! Do you know narcistic people , they love themselves a lot but they hurt so much the other person that is the life partner! You can love yourself as much as you want, but if you don't choose to love your life partner you are just a selfish person ! To love someone is a choice you have to do every day , and every second! I miss you !!! ❤️❤️❤️

After over a decade of realizing this am I only just finally doing this better. Once you figure out how to it does become easier. Willing yourself to love yourself isn't enough for at least some of us if not most of us. Lovely to say but it's only the first step. I highly recommend the field of positive psychology and find some Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques. One of the best has been mindfulness, there is even apps for it. Some are Buddhist but many these days are not. They even have them for kids. There is some good Buddhist teachers and some Buddhist psychologists that have helped me but not everyone wants things wrapped in Buddhist philosophy or religion. I am able to unwrap those layers so I have found it helpful and if you don't want to unwrap those layers then go for Buddhism and really dig in deeper. Especially the Buddha Heart stuff and Than Nicht Han. Revolutionized my life after decades of self help and therapy and meds and all sorts of BS.

No one wants responsibilities they didn't sign up for...if you are looking for someone to love you then you will find someone looking for someone to love them too. Both are now coming into a relationship looking to take and not give...you can't give what you don't have. You will only hurt yourself further...trust your lonely and sit with your pain and express it through some form of art. Practice gratitude daily through taking account of the blessings in your life (check out gratitude journal prompts on google search...there is something you can be grateful for even in the worst situations) and it will build joy in your life. Once you have filled yourself...find someone who has also filled themselves. Now the two of you can come together and share things you both have...kind of like a great potluck. Hope you find love especially foremost from your own self.

Mars Bars you're not as beautiful as them, in your eyes. You're not as nice as them, from your perspective. You're not as perfect as them, from where you stand. You are you. And that's what makes you perfect. Perfectly imperfect. Just like them. But in your own unique way. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful. Tell yourself you are perfect how you are. Tell yourself you're amazing and kind and beautiful and perfect. Tell yourself how much you love yourself. And what you love about yourself. Do it every morning and every night. Stare deeply into your eyes. It might be hard, it might be uncomfortable, it might be emotional, and you might not believe it right away. But soon enough, you will. Do that every day. And I promise, after 30 day's, you will notice a difference. And keep doing it everyday on from there. Much love🖤

I've heard this advice over and over and over, and every time I hear it, it sounds less helpful and exponentially more patronizing. Telling people to "love themselves" is emotionally and intellectually lazy unless you offer some guidance on HOW that love is supposed to look and HOW that love is supposed to work. Some of us grew up in situations where real, healthy love was never modeled, so expecting us to flip a switch -- Self Help types always think it's like flipping a switch -- and immediately start loving ourselves is like asking us to count to the color albatross. I often wonder why, in all the years I've encountered the Love Yourself platitude, nobody ever goes beyond those two words and into something deeper, and at this point in time I can't help but think they're incapable. They want the appearance of insight and helpfulness, but they don't want to do the messy work of actually helping. But if you actually want to help. If you actually want to make a real, lasting difference for people who struggle. If you want more than the ego boost that comes from the illusion of helping people and the illusion of being an expert. You're going to have to stop abandoning the unloved, blindfolded and barefoot, in the forest, and stop smugly turning your back on us. You're going to have to start giving us the tools to hack through the brush. (Also, please note that telling us to take bubble baths and write cute messages to ourselves on the mirror in lipstick is not modeling healthy love. It's vanity. There's a difference, and one the purported experts never seem to understand.)

Good comunication was important for love too, how to send ur love and understand each other than good work together. ...unless you not have a tounge and mouth to talk. Mutual relationship better and work if dont stingy about all love and money and do believe each other cz we living in the world.

Honestly Let go of your Ego your pride of always wanting to be right don’t fight over things that don’t and should not matter your love ❤️ should come above all don’t hold grudges anger resentment you can work through everything together and grow through it not every relationship will be peachy it’s just no one wants to go through the rough patches and the truth is there will be many be true to yourself lean to love ❤️ you it’s hard but then you can open your heart and love another truly
