Low carb high dat dietக்கு நீங்க மாறும் போது பசி சுத்தமாக இருக்காது.ஒரு நாள் கூட எதுவும் சாப்பிடாமல் energetic க்காக இருக்க முடியும். நான் நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் கடந்து இந்த உணவில் உள்ளேன். இந்த உணவு முறையின் தமிழக குரு திரு.நியாண்டர் செல்வன். பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேலாக இலட்சக்கணக்கான மக்களுக்கு அவர் வழிகாட்டி. அவர் பெயரைக் குறிப்பிடாமலே அம்மணி தானே கண்டு பிடித்த உணவு முறை போல பேசுகிறார். Paleo diet என கூகுள் செய்யுங்கள்... இவர் சொல்வதை விட பல மடங்கு தகவல்கள் கிடைக்கும்.

India's first certifed lchf nutrition? Certification body? Accreditation by?. Nowadays it's a fashion statement saying certified nutrition 😂. Nutritionists sector is billion dollars business. Talking about lchf must explain pro's n con's. People nowadays demonize rice is bad. Rice have plenty of varieties. People in south east Asia and asia pacific rice is staple food and look at their body structure. Here portion is the key and cooking methods play vital role. Must consider all those factors and then conclude. About Rice Rice provides more than 15 essential vitamins and minerals including, folic acid, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, selenium, fiber, iron, and zinc. Its not a filler fyi. Do not demonize and scare people to promote your business . Hope you understand and should have ethics in doing business. Thanks

1. Ketones can fuel Brain, and ketones are a better fuel... if at all we need need glucose, our body has elegant mechanisms that allow it to utilize non-carbohydrate substrates to generate glucose... 2. you need around .8 grms of Protein per kg of your body weight. (if your weight is 50Kg, you need (.8x50) 40 grms of protein) 3. Protein damages kidney is a Myth. More than, low carb focus on getting good nutritious food. and more IMPORTANTLY avoid INFLAMATION causing food and habits.

But from a gut health perspective (research about microbiome) non-veg is not good. So reducing non-veg intake as much possible is better. Coz microbiome determines the overall well-being of our physical and mental health. Just my 2 cents.

Not necessarily. Recent times all over the fitness industry it’s like Fiber Fiber Fiber. Focusing on gut health. Not sure what’s the hype all about.. but I am living with almost zero Fiber. So far very good.

If it works for you well and good. Any diet that works for the individual and is sustainable in the long run is okay. I've reduced 25Kgs in a span of 12 months by following intermittent fasting (2 meals a day and my diet includes non-veg but I plan for a very balanced meal - low carbs, good amount of vegetables, Egg / chicken and other protein sources)

That’s great. When we low carbohydrate intake half of our problem will be solved. Try including some more fats.. we need cholesterol and there is no evidence that cholesterol will cause heart disease . You can do your own research

Food depends on food geography, if we can’t compare our food with our old generation or villagers sort of food than we can’t compare our food style with Eskimo food type with no carb as they live in harsh sub zero temperatures where they need protein rich. Your info on rice to some extents is not right. We don’t have 2 or 3 types rice to conclude rice is not good we have more than 100 varieties. Instead low carb we can choose food depending on our life style and which fits into once budget.
