Savory Crepes can be used with so many different fillings. From ham and swiss to steak and mushrooms. In this video I made Chicken Broccoli Cheese Crepes.
Low Carb Keto Recipe: Savory Crepes (Chicken Broccoli Cheese Crepe)
4 Eggs
3/4 cup (177 ml) Heavy Cream
1/4 cup (59 ml) Water
1/4 cup (36g) Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Chicken Broccoli Cheese Filling
about 2 cups shredded or chopped cooked Chicken (I used rotisserie chicken)
8 oz steamed Broccoli

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and coconut flour until smooth. Set a side and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Pour 2 Tbsp of batter into the heated pan. Roll the batter in the pan until the batter no longer moves.
Cook the crepe until edges start to brown and begin to come away from the pan. Once edges begin to brown, gently flip the crepe and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Fill and serve.
