John is working on his Holmes ESC that has software to make those revolvers whisper quite. People around me got annoyed of it so I’m just keeping it on side for my low CG build for now.

Great build! I agree with you re the body. Too many power wagons and creep bodies. I can't get any of these components in Australia and shipping kills the bank account. However every time I see one of these bespoke builds I have to restrain my self from going on line and start buying parts. I'm sure you know this already, you can cut the noise of the Revolvers by changing the frequency on the ESC and for some reason the SW4 does it best... something to do with some of the components. JRH highlighted that on one of his vids... and before anyone asks I don't remember which one.It still makes a bit of noise though.

The axles are works of art... I'm really new to crawlers as I either Bash like a mad man, or hammer 1/8th nitro race buggies (They handle like a dream once sorted) This beast is insane... Thank you for sharing some knowledge.. What I've learned, 2.2" wheels, is the way to go if you want to go anywhere serious. Portal axles are deeply awesome. High clearance links are quite beneficial if your terrain is serious... and for real... keep the 5000mah battery at home... I use a 2s 35C 2200mah little thing that has kept my weight down tremendously!! Things I simply could NOT do with a 3000Mah 3S with this tiny battery is easy work... though I still run a Brushed system. Thank you Francis, and the Team At RC Review. And of course Neil for sharing the Capra, and this Gorgeous thing.

Jesus this thing is a class 3 king! I'm gonna show this video to exocaged rc and I'm sure if you are ever in Florida he is gonna want you to stop by and run it at the exoplex. I would love to see this thing compete in our upcoming winter series starting in two weeks and running till Feb. It would do really well in our class three I think

Sweet rig man! Amazing side-hilling balance. Those dual stage Prolines help tremendously with side-hilling too. Doesn’t seem like the weight of the bed is affecting its crawling ability either. I’d leave it on...Looks great!

Thanks guys! Wow, 2500kv on 3s? I run 1800 devolver on 2s and 1000kv snubnose on 3s in my LCG rigs.....but they are Only for crawling. Luckily brushless motors are pretty forgiving and have gobs of torque......but the flywheel effect of the outrunner at higher rpm at super slow crawl, I’m sure, contributes to torque stability and overall smoothess😎.
