I really enjoyed this one. A regular series with guest builders, and a breakdown of their set up would be an awesome idea. This thing was extreme, and far beyond any level I'll reach, but I still found it very entertaining, and informative. Great episode. Keep it up.

Hoping you can help, i am trying to follow this build exactly. I purchased the Salinas Design ODT V1, it's skid plate/motor mount is 84mm wide. The Team Garage Hack dual servo mount is only 67mm wide. I contacted GSpeed and they said "You can use those parts together but will need to use spacers so the difference in the spacers and skid plate is not more than 11mm" I have a 17mm difference. In the video i see he is running 70mm chassis brace, so he must have a much narrower skid plate than i received from salinas design. Any advice you can give on where i have gone wrong would be greatly appreciated.

All these TVP chassis style rigs are throw backs to the OG comp crawler rigs from the past they kinda sit between the past and the current C channel chassis scale rigs. It’s awesome but not my cup of tea I still prefer to keep the looks of realistic class 1 & 2 i.e. scale looking overall vs all out performance (I know that’s subjective considering what some 1:1 rigs look like) I’ve done the whole comp rig thing before and Scale is just where I’m at now.
