┃ Ingredients ┃
50g silken tofu
*Ken-chan tofu is recommended
50g cottage cheese
50g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
Jam or honey, etc. to taste
┃ How to make ┃
1, In a bowl, soften 50g cottage cheese.
2, Then add 50g of silken tofu, 50g of Greek yogurt, and 1 tbsp of Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener and mix well until smooth.
3, Set a coffee filter in a mug and fill it 2/3 with cream, then put jam on top and pour the rest of the cream on top.
4, Drain in refrigerator for half a day.
