Since lockdown started in march, I have lost 2 and a half stone in the comfort of my own home with you guys, varying through your workouts 6 days a week some 45 minute ones some 30 minutes ones adding in weights resistance bands as i got better. I cant recommend these guys videos enough!! ❤

@@hafsa884 I stuck too 1,500 calories as that was my deficit that was worked out for me. Wasn't a particular diet but I made alot of homemade soups which really shredded the weight! Full of veg and goodness and very filling

I'm a teen in High School. I've been a big size ever since I was baby and never really thought about losing weight until I reached High School. I saw all the skinny students and I honestly admired them. They could weigh 10kgs less than me and I would think you were the skinniest person to live. I've had problems with loving myself especially the way my body looked, I wanted to be confident in my body and I saw these workouts, so I've decided to join in! I want to feel better in my body and I want to live (hopefully) a long life! Goal for 2021? Self love!

Wow! This was my first time with Alex. What a workout! I only joined this morning because I saw the lovely Christen and Christine....or is it Kristen and Kristine? Hmmmmmm. They are my standard and inspiration! When I saw them stop or pause I realised the intensity of these simple moves were not in my imagination. Please ensure my Girls have their water bottles nearby to rehydrate. I wanted to share my own with them. Thanks for 2 options for the same move. I was quite relieved as my wrists aren't as strong as we would like them to be. Thanks for the timer too Alex. It helped me push through. Wish I had recognised it earlier in the workout but now that I know I will have another go....Thanks Body Project!

I like the modifications for the floor exercises in this video. Haven't seen many Body Project videos like this one. For someone who has carpal tunnel with bad wrist pain on my left side, and an unrelated shoulder injury on the same side, floor exercises don't work well for me lately. Just did a plank on the floor a few days ago and my shoulder pain started back up after being free of shoulder pain for months.

Probably the toughest Body Project workout I have done. It is a great burner and we can always go back to this particular workout video and do more reps next time because it is "Progress Not Perfection". I love it! It's encouraging rather than discouraging if you can't do exactly the whole workout routine. Just keep those body moving peeps!

Yeah it's easy to loose weight and to get weight again... Just like me, i eat like 500g-1kg a day (breakfast--lunch--dinner--snakcs). But i also walk around, doing more small non exercise things (like drying the clothes, washing the dishes). So my body weight doesn't really add up or low down, just maintain

Every time I get to the end of a work out, I tear up. Not because I'm sad, but I'm actually proud of myself doing this full work outs every day. I had to take 1 day off, but I continued the next day. I truly hope I'm mentally strong enough to continue watching and joining your videos. This. This is what I’ve been searching for in a workout video. I love that I see bodies like mine in the screen, I feel comfortable and I don’t feel any societal pressure to look a certain way. I’ve been struggling with my weight, body dysmorphia and up and down on an eating disorder. It’s been hard to find motivation to work out again because when I try to find workouts they’re all so hard and they all are hosted by someone whose waist is the size of my thigh (I’m not trying to hate but I am trying to paint a picture of how hard it is to keep up and keep positive and have healthy expectations). I just felt welcomed here. I can’t wait to do this workout

I’ve been using your videos to help with my adult asthma and really working to improve my breathing and after about 6 months I was able to make it up a 2 1/2 mile mountain hike without a single asthma attack 😭😭😍😍😍. I get much more out of these workouts than i would at the gym. Its the whole body, its fun and accessable for an overweight person like me, and i just feel much better with myself afterwards because of all the encuragement from the coach on screen. First thing we start the day working out with You. This video pushes everyone. So much better than walking a Kilo meter fast. This video is particular is great for us older adults (70) because it works the GLUTES hard. Lots of seniors have poor posture due to week gluten. Thanks. All the other excercises are also good for posture. As others have said having real people who get tired is encouraging. This may be in the top 5 videos you have put out over the last two years. The music also keep my wife and I moving. Cheers from the Philippines.

I've been working out since April but I like challenged myself on a 90-day challenge so I did that whole workout for 30 days now I'm on another workout he does and I'm also doing like a vegetarian diet so I've been doing this one since a May 16th and June 16th my 90 days will be over and then I just start weight training for the remainder of my life I started working out cuz of medical issues I was put on this really expensive medication and I'm 40 and yet no I wasn't going to do that so I got off the medication I lost 39 pounds I need to lose 40 more and I feel amazing

Past 2 weeks I have been throwing my food and lifestyle around. The program that I use to guide me offers work outs aswell, but due to my knee injury I have not been able to do many of them and that's not even talking about my weight. I have been following these video's instead and the results are so motivating. After 2 weeks I can really feel the improvement on my knee. The pains don't come in that often because the muscles around it are getting stronger. Thank you guys for your dedication and putting in the effort to post these video's!

This was great - I've struggled to leave the house during lockdown, and I've struggled to exercise in the house because my whole world has condensed to my four walls. 11/20/2021, Edit: F/31/5'3"/269.8lbs with a ~350 calories burned! 10/31/2021, Edit: ~380 calories burned today. 10/24/2021, Edit: ~390 calories burned again! Nice to know I've got a rhythm going with the clocked calories burned lol. 10/17/2021, Edit: ~390 calories burned as I commit and engage everything a bit more. 10/15/2021, Edit: Still clocking a steady ~380 calories burned with this workout!! Alright peeps, stat time! I am F/31/5'3"/266lbs With an extra 2 minute stretch, logging a time of 36:30 and a great result of 380 calories efficiently burned from this workout! Thank you Body Project, you've been a life saver for me~ Efficient is my mantra lately, I'm a mom of 3 young kids and I don't have time for anything let alone myself. Which is why I'm just finishing up a workout after midnight LOL! Here are some more stats for anyone that cares... I held an average HR of 134bpm, max HR of 165bpm. With my HR spending 12min above 120bpm, 15min above 135bpm, and lastly a fun 5 mins above 155bpm. I use the Polar Unite fitness watch, I used to strap into a chest heart rate monitor but like I said I don't have time for all that anymore (for now!)

Loved this one!! So many fun, new movements! 🏋🏻♀️💪🏻 My knees aren't too happy - I think maybe a few too many squats? But I actually love squats, so hopefully they're okay. I have been using various workouts from you to craft a daily workout routine with active rest days mixed in, thank you for always inspiring me to keep pushing. This is such a great workout- this works the whole body and the trainer is great at motivating you to do what’s right for your body, not overbearing or shameful. A lot of YT workout videos are centered on achieving a specific look and losing x amount of lbs in an unrealistic amount of time. The body project recognizes that bodies are unique while prioritizing your health, strength & confidence.

Your videos are wonderful! I have a lot of chronic pain conditions and I usually have a very hard time working out. Your low impact videos are doable for me and I very much enjoy your inspiring words and upbeat spirit. I told my bf that you’re the one I need to hear during my painful flair ups! Thank you so very much Daniel, Your pace is perfect for me. Which is why I keep coming back. This is the first time I want to exercise daily. I just did this workout for the first time, and damn am I dead!! Loved it! I stumbled upon body project a few months ago while searching for a good, low impact, workout because in the past when I’d try to lose weight, I would workout regularly, injure my knee, get depressed, and give up after a couple weeks. I’m so happy to feel like I’ve FINALLY found what works for me, and I’m more motivated than I’ve been in my whole life thanks to body project!

Last week I had to pause this twice and at the end I wanted to be sick. Today, I'm exhausted but strong and no pause needed :) this is a tough workout, don't be defeated if you don't finish the first time. Keep going, it does get easier! You got this :)

I've been doing the exercises of this channel for two weeks now and the change is remarkable in terms of endurance and motivation. Thank your for this project, I've been trying to exercise for years, but I have no motivation and you trainers and the people who accompany you really encourage me. This is my 3rd week of starting a new challenge for me, it´s so hard, I even cry because it's really hard but I'm just trying to keep going. I'll continue the training on this channel.♥♥♥♥♥

I've been doing your team body you tube video's 4 2ish months and i'm loving them a lot ur not false like a lot of workout video's on you tube. You have people like my self that r over weight and want to get fitter. To every 1 that signed up already is team body worth it . by the way is Alex a machine she never seems 2 b out of breath.
