This was very good I am out of cancer pill the attacks my bones And I know this will make my phone stronger Thank you very much And I have been free from breast cancer for 5 years. And hopefully by this may, I will be off the pill But I have been doing a lot of weight exercises, but these exercises really, I think will make my phone stronger. Thank you.

Hi, i am going through menopause, same age as you+MG. I am suffering with hip and bicep tendonitis, also need to work on hip mobility. Do you think your work out would help to settle tendonitis and hip immobility? Any advice much appreciated ( already saw many doctors, they put it all down to menopause and age related issues 😢 ). Thank you so much for low impact workout 💫🫶🏻💛 I completely messed my knees up running competitive track for years, then trail running. Super grateful for all workouts that are kind to my knees
