I never work out in the mornings. I never feel awake enough to get decent performance. Today, I don't have time in the evening so I did it anyway. Feels good. I'm not sure if I blasted it with the same intensity I like to bring in the evenings, but I did give the intensity I had available, and I feel good afterwards. I'm calling that a massive win! Thanks for everything you and Dustin do to bring these workouts to us, Sydney!

Once again, I told myself to just get over the hate of cardio and just get this done today. I didn’t moan, groan or grumble, but will admit to checking how much time was left and counting down those 16 exercises! 🤣 Crushed another and I feel great! Wish I had kept my phone on me all day to know my true step count, it was a busy day at work and got in lots of steps before this workout.
