Already made a comment, but I use this workout on the regular, I love it and it's done a lot for me, so thank you both so much for making it. I also super love your dog just chilling in the background at the end, he's got a look on his face like "I'm just here to be cute....and also i could go for some snacks, but no rush...but right now would be great" lol

The only channel and the only workout program I’ve found that has the tube type resistance bands. You guys are a Gold mine. I love my 12 week workout plan and can’t recommend it enough!!

Thanks for your videos, they've been great over this whole quarantine period. When the gyms first closed down my boyfriend was really nervous about how he was going to stay in shape because we only own a few dumbbells and bands... these workouts have been perfect! We have been doing them 2-3x a week for 3 months.
