I am 15 kilograms overweight and have a really big belly. I haven't exercised in years but I've always been flexible. I am diabetic. Is it alright for me to do these exercises?

I strained my left knee a couple of months ago and it hurts to go up and down stairs or going from a sitting to standing position. It really hurts and prevents me from doing lunges. What could I replace the lunges with?

After a broken foot surgery in Jan I gained weight as I couldn't walk. I was in a boot for 7 weeks but now that I'm out I discovered your videos thank god! They have helped me with motivation and energy! I suffer from Depression and anxiety but everyday I do one of your workouts it helps! I have a 6 and 8 year old girls and Im 47 so Im trying to stay young at heart for them...lol You are great. BTW Im from Mesa AZ

You were my GIRRRRRRRRRL when I had my ankle injury (we are talking 8 months of off my feet, crutches, amigo scooter cart) and it was brutal but you were my source. my anchor. my rock. 15/Aug/21 3rd time around this one. Its good my mind forgets which moves are coming because Id never do this. First time I was able to atleast keep the clam shell holds a little bit, though I took breaks. I did the plank(with breaks!)- no way I could do the mountain climbers as well.

can you help me please? i have protein s deficiency, someone on quora told me this: "First, it's important to choose low-impact, non-contact exercise options that minimize risk of injury. Things like walking, swimming, biking and low-intensity strength training are generally safe. Avoid high-impact activities that could cause wounds or bleeding, at least initially. Start simple and gradually build up the duration, intensity and frequency of your workouts over time." im doing push ups, squats etc & slow running for some months now, do i need to stop doing those? & i cant figure out what videos i should watch, do you know?
