Great workout. Just a side note - the black outfit on the black mat sometimes makes it challenging to really identify how the body is to be aligned when doing an exercise like the clam shell for example. Not impossible but like outfit on dark mat or vice versa would help this issue. THanks so much!

I used to do this almost 3 times a week several months ago, but I found out that walking in the park is more enjoyable so I decided to walk more often. I started school this month and got no time for walking. I came back to this video ,and oh boy I don’t remember it was this hard (got exhausted half way through video)😂😂 this is really fun I laughed a lot. I enjoy your video so much Thank you!!!

I do both walking & exercises targeted that strengthen the specific muscles that walking does not, eg to stretch & relax the muscles that support lower back.

I listen to progressive metal,thrash and sludge metal.I doubt severely that Rock your Run has any of that on it.I like that your routines have no music.Aerobic techno music drives me nuts.I can't do lunges of any kind and those frog bridges were way too hard on my knees so I didn't do them.The hardest part of this workout will be getting off the floor without using my knees.Thanks for a good workout.

hmm I wonder why - have you tried not going as high in your bridge keeping your abs engaged and rib cage down? I wonder how your form is, are you doing the posterior pelvic tuck? You could try a good morning exercise as an alternative.
