I got complimented by my work colleagues that I look leaner and I have lost weight it felt really nice to have so many people see the results I worked so hard for. I recommended you're channel to everyone that asked what I did to lose the weight. My close friend said I look so much happier. Id like to thank you because you're channel has done so much for me. To be honest I didn't lose any weight, infact I put up some body weight more, maybe because of the muscle gain. am currently in my week 7. But I observed, my waistline is more defined and I feel alot more energized. anyways, Congratulations to those who see amazing results.

I used to avoid doing weight training because I was afraid it would worsen my tendinitis, but I mustered the courage to finish this workout one day totally fell in love with weight training. I love the slower pace and how you can feel each muscle with every exercise! The results on my body have been fantastic too, and I've noticed my wrist calms down considerably faster after long writing or drawing sessions. Thank you so much! ❤️💕

MY RESULTS!! Im a 22 year old woman weight 64kg, 154cm height. Have done this workout religiously for 4 weeks. I notice significant differences on my body !!!! 1ST, THESE ARE WHAT I DID: Week 1 & 2: Twice per week Week 3 & 4: Thrice per week Disclaimer: I did this dumbbell workout along with calorie deficit and cardio. 2ND, MY RESULT: After 4 weeks, i have; -lost 2 kgs (although it is not much but it is so satisfying and worth it visually) -my strength and endurance improved! (I've ordered heavier dumbbell set online!) -my body shapes get better, curvier & more firm especially my butt & abs!! (this is the best part) -im happier & more confident -my skin gets better (along with drinking a lot of water and green tea) LASTLY, im planning and gonna do this workout for long term and increased the weight by times. This is one of my favourite go-to strength workout and i highly recommend this to everyone. The result that we expect may take some time and i havent seen the result that i really want but im convinced that if i be patient and keep going and level up, i will definitely achieve my goals!! Thanks ms joana love you soooooo much!!!

THANK YOU!!!! *Bear hug from across the web* I'm going to pair this with the 3K indoor home workout for the week along with assorted arms or hips mini ones across the week!! I've has herniated disc last year and also a knee tear and these look great!! Will be cautious ofc. But low impact sounds wonderful. Will do this workout and leave a comment on whether or not it hurts my knee or back. Lots of love Jo, Take care of yourself holistically! ❤

My body's SORE and I Love it! I can feel all the muscles that were activated in this workout, I did it more slowly than Jo, and skipped the squats cause of my knee injury, Took extra few sec breaks between the circuits. Skipped the crunches cause of my L5 L4 herniated disc. Did the moderate version of alternate leg raises. Push ups were hard to do but I'm sure with consistency I'll be able to do all of them at Jo's pace. I was honsstly scared to do the super flexible cool down so I did another full body stretch cuz of the injuries I have,(I could easily do them before my injury) but I will keep working on my body and someday be able to do them. God willing! For those with injuries, be very mindful of your body while working out, listen to your body and make sure you know what excercises are good for your body and what excercises to avoid with your particular injury. That said. Enjoy the workouts!!

I recently started working out at home and have been scouring the internet to find good strength training videos. This video is perfect and easy to follow. I’m self conscience about being so thin and am hoping to gain some muscle and tone. I can’t wait to see where I will be in a couple of months!

Your workouts are amazing! As a runner I used to do mainly cardio with a little bit of weight training thrown in but I didn't have any direction and wasn't sure what I should be doing in terms of strength training. This video has completely changed that I've been doing this workout 3x a week for 4 weeks and I have notices a massive change in my body especially my arms so thank you!! And thank you for being so motivating I really look forward to doing your workouts :)

I feel like strength training exercises have been underestimated by women. I spent years being afraid of them because they looked too difficult for someone who has been out of the gym for years. However, you made it tough but easy enough for me to follow. I was able to finish the whole workout. Although the end kind of kicked my ass. lol! I’m incorporating your exercises into my weekly routine 😀 I feel amazing! Thank you! 🥰

Just finished this workout to the T & I am really very happy, energetic and this doesn't happen very often!!! I have started working out again after a long break & whenever I searched for full body workouts I was always getting suggestions for HIIT or some other workouts, tried them but they were exhausting & fast. This workout is not easy but I was able to stick to it & finish it😀😀 Thank you so much Joana!!! I am your new subscriber & you have made my day💪💪

Joanna, thank you for your videos. I started with the Indoor Walk Workouts, which I still like, then I came along the Strength Workouts. And this one here is definitely my favourite workout. I like the exercises, the length and I think, you are very nice and competent teacher/coach. I really like to workout with you :-)

Thank god you can give tips on form I love that bc sometimes I am not feeling it then I correct two inches of my body an bamm everything starts pulling

I'm just here to check how hard is this workout. 😅 Edit- I tried this on my 8 week challenge and it is not that tough as it looks like. Lol. Maybe I have gotten used to her style of workout. To all the beginners, start with easier workouts and climb from there. Good luck. 😙
