You guys! I am so excited for this 45 minute LOW IMPACT Full Body Cardio and Strength Workout For Weight Loss! We are going to have so much fun together! Are you ready to have a good time while you get stronger? Well then, this is the workout for you.
When you need a routine that gives you the best bang for your buck, this 45 minute full body low impact cardio and strength workout for weight loss covers it ALL. I packed the best multi-tasking, multi-muscle, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises all in one video to get YOU to your strength and weight loss goals. If you do this video consistently in combination with my fitness programs, a healthy diet, and lifestyle, you WILL see results… and I cant wait to hear all about it. 🎉🎉 your videos help me feel so accomplished!!! I hate pushups and started with knees for almost 2 months. Today I was able to do 10 regular ones! And I didn’t pause the video.. before I use to have to take multiple pause breaks :))) growing and improving on your channel the most I have in years!

Love this workout. Caroline thank you for providing it and for smiling the whole way through. I catch myself smiling back at you. I don't have weights myself, so both times I've done this I used cans of beans. Lower weight overall but worked for me!

This was a whole lot of fun, loved it. Nice variety using the weights in so many ways, on the floor standing up. I am a fanatic about floor routines now. A year ago, my wife and I were doing chair and standing workouts. Late last year I started dipping my toes towards floor routines. I struggled with Pilates like roll-ups, frog sit-ups and things like that. I got serious with it though starting late January. Now I can do anything you have videos for on the floor, I can do the Pilates moves with ease so to speak, leg sculping, all of it. Not saying it's easy but doable because I have stronger abs, core strength now, low back pain I had is gone, hip's, "butt", glutes, hammys are all much stronger. Thanks Caroline. This new workout should be for all your viewers, even if they break it up into parts as their strength builds. Throw in a Diabetes 15 min work with this and you'll have a nice full hour of fun and feel great. FYI: my YT name "L" for Laslo is a silly acct I setup for a home movie video from a long time ago. We're Patreons under name of Phillip Waggett, wife is Mary in Alabama.

I absolutely love this workout! It’s my go to to really feel like I’m really moving my entire body powerfully. If you’re travelling and do not have access to hand weights (like me right now), use a 6.5 litre bottle of water from the supermarket. It’s very effective, far better than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it. You can’t do every single weight exercise but you can do 95% of them. 💫💪🏼

I started with your 10 minute lower blood pressure workout after being diagnosed with hypertension. I slowly worked my way up to longer and harder workouts and this is my go to M/W/F workout!! Thank you for all your awesome work on here ❤

I only recently discovered your channel from a friend, but I truly adored this and the other workouts I've tried so far. I have been mainly running since the beginning of COVID and my other muscles have felt very neglected. I've developed plantar fasciitis as a result but hated not having a good workout so I wouldn't feel guilty allowing myself to recover by not running for a bit... These workouts are exactly what I was missing. Thank you so much!

I did it...wasn't pretty but got through 38 minutes. I do improvise on some as I have some muscle damage in one leg but I was breathing hard. Love this! And I'm in Spokane.

I'm watching and exercising from Scotland 😊 It's the second time I've done this particular workout, and the first time, it felt so good; unfortunately, the next day, I couldn't move because I was so sore 😂 I hope it won't happen again tomorrow. Any tips on how to avoid muscle sores? Or how to get rid of them quickly if they occur?

Wowsers! My husband put this workout on for me! This is the first time I have done this one, usually I do the ab no neck pain workout/ pilates, chair workout out or stability ball. Hi i have a bad back so rolling down and getting up is a problem and cannot afford a patron membership.i really have a bad constrtion on my L3 and L4 and I request u to make a playlist for people like me to be able to strengthen my back and keep doing it workout which I am happy doing. thank you! love the cardio and strenght combos....but this one was not as challenging as the prior ones where you repeat the seqence 3 times in a row. When i do the repeated circuits on the same exercises, its so challenging and i feel the strenght gains by fatiguing the muscles. My favorite is the one with the band and its like 45min, I also like the one that is 30min where you repeat lunges, sqauts rows and pushups 3 time. I hope the feedback helps. I am just grateful for your channel as i rebuild my body after many injuries and getting bone density back.....thanks!

Hey Caroline, love your workouts. Just wondering do you feel homework out is enough to help tone and lose weight in the same time? Feel like I’m working so hard but am not seeing results! And your workouts are always a sweat sweat sess!

This is the first time I have completed this workout with an 8lb medicine ball. When I first started out, it was difficult without using weights. I feel so accomplished 😊. Many times during your workouts I push myself and ask Jesus to help me push through ❤ ; God's love never fails!

Such a good workout! This is my 3rd time going through it and I'm always surprised by how much it gets my back - mid and lower - when I'm doing the leg portion holding weights (10 lb). Would you guess that means my form is off? Or is it typical to feel that in your back as well as your glutes?

a few thoughts - it could be so many things but some things that come to mind are 1. is your core engaged when you are moving?are you bracing from your core? 2. are you hinging from your back and not your hips? 3. What does the rest of your movement programming look like? 4. What does your lifestyle look like? are you sitting often for work? how is your posture? 5. what does your warm up look like? gosh lots of things could be the culprit here but those are a few to start.

@@CarolineJordan thanks so much for your response! Gauging from that, I guess these are not exercises I should feel in my back? I do try to be really mindful of engaging my core - I've been working with a PT on just that - but maybe I should get a mirror and see what it actually looks like.

@@elissachasen2528 your back is a stabilizer so you will feel it supporting you but it shouldn't be the primary mover if that makes sense. Instead of getting a mirror, really slow down the movement and focus on where you are moving from and what muscles you feel engaging.
