Thì is AMAZING! As someone who’s overweight with hypermobility, I’ve struggled to find an at home workout that felt manageable but challenging. I often end up berating myself after because I struggled to follow other workouts. This was perfect and the commentary from Shona is motivating without being pushy. Love how mindful this is. Thank you x a million!! ❤

Thank you for this! I went from super fit but an unhealthy brain to working on my brain and losing so much of my physical strength. This little work out and your humor have brought me back into my body ❤

Thank you for making videos like this! I'm a long-time Vertue Crew member, but have been adjusting to a new routine and recovering from an injury. This was perfect to ease me back in. I enjoyed your encouragement throughout, especially when you discussed the mental "shoelaces" that we all tend to have and the different between "I'll try" and "I will".

This is great! Thank you for making an accessible work out, I have chronic pain and can't do more intense things some days so this is perfect. I also have spoonie pals with EDS that find a lot of work outs unrealistic for them..and a bit ableist. So big love for this💛

Thank you for this video Shona! I’ve neglected my training for way too long and this was a great way to ease back in. I’m going to keep up with this video for a bit and then get back to doing Vertue Fitness program! Loved the chat on this video too! I need those reminders to keep going! You’re the best! ❤
