Years ago, I also learned to use water instead of milk with scrambled eggs from a James Beard cookbook.

Ok, I might be the only guy on here. I thought the hiccups were hilarious and cute. Adorable in fact. Every time you hiccupped, I laughed. Anyway, your food ideas are great. Thank you.

Yes I learned that adding milk can make them tough and water, like you said, makes them fluffier!!

would it be bad if i topped it off with a little cheese and homemade salsa?

I know this was a year ago, but a speech therapist told me to eat a teaspoon of peanut butter when I get the hiccups and it works. Love your videos!

I’ve always used water as my dad taught me 40 years ago. I heat up the pan on med-high, throw the eggs & after about 30 seconds, turn the stove off, mixing the eggs until thoroughly cooked.

New to channel, great content! For super fluffy eggs try 1 TBS sparkling water, I use Topo Chico

What can you tell us about the benefits of a protein Sparing Modified Fast? From what I know you’re supposed to do Keto one day and SMPF the other?? Aaak, I don’t understand
@wyokat13353 жыл бұрын
Maria Emmerich has some videos on this. A lot of Keto youtubers are doing it right now. Basically keto one day and PSMF the next (which means protein only and lower your calories) Fasting is also usually involved.

Hi Jennifer. Enjoyed your presentation. Cute hiccups. I don’t know if anything else would work to get rid of your hiccups on Keto but, a teaspoon of real sugar (I keep the little packets for friends who want sugar) placed in your mouth and swallowed (with no water) and it instantly disappears. I don’t know why it works but it does. I’ve never tried it with Keto sweeteners (Lakanto) but l will next time and maybe this can be your first go-to (as I don’t want the repercussions of regular sugar, either).

I always add cottage cheese to scrambled. Hate to say it but this recipe does not sound appealing at all - eggs mixed with beef and a huge cube of butter? Thanks for posting tho.

I've never used water or milk in eggs...I've always used cream. Flavor and texture is the best. You. Need to prepare your dialogue better. It was somewhat tedious to wait for you to get to the point.
