This actually applies to the stability ball as well. However, SPRI is a great brand that makes quality exercise products. And lastly, you can always try Box Step-Ups in place of the lunges. i loved fitness. I find now that i am 55 i have to limit the type of things i do. More rebounding, for cardio. I used to do all kinds of boxing, step box, spinning , plyo etc. My body doesnot like that anymore. Been struggling to figure out how to get my body leaner and strong without hurting myself. Shoulder pain, etc. Do you have this in your program. I am doing bands right now but donot get the muscle i need .

i am a person who loves fitness. I find most of the programs are so endurance based. Which is fine but at 57 throwing those weights above my head causes alot of pain. ALso i do a lot of rebounding low bounce . These exercises are not back friendly if you have back issues. I appreciate them, but they really are not safe for people with back issues. Any ideas to modify them to be safer?

Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.
