Thank you Tim! I was not expecting this. This was some really cool mindful stretches for ankles and knees. I’m 63, so if I didn’t have yoga in my life for the past couple of decades I wouldn’t be able to be a part of these challenges. This is great proactive work on areas of your body that have a tendency to ware down as you age. Again, thank you Tim, and good to see you Ollie!

I second what Sandra said! I'm 58 and it wasn't until the past 10 years that I started to have funkiness in my knees even though have been practicing yoga daily for almost 40 years. I did PT and that resolved it but when I dance I do a lot of deep knee bending past my ankles and I often have little tweakiness going upstairs a few days following. These are great strengthening and stabilizing exercises for me. Pray that I have the willingness to do these regularly. 🙏💚🌿

Wow. I have a pelvic surgery complication that has systemic affects on my right leg (hip to toes) for almost two years now. It just gets worse and worse. I felt a few muscles firing today with these exercises that seem to be "switched off" as the norm since my surgery. I've done PT and was getting worse while doing that. Massage has also helped, but I need to activate and strengthen certain muscles and I think I might finally be getting at them with these movements!! Thank you!! 🙏🙏

Thanks Just recovering from knee & toe inflammation from No where ( maybe from bad food) & I followed you doing these routines. I’m ok now & will go back to the gym tomorrow. I do my stretching at home / yoga etc before heading to the gym. I’ll stick to yoga 3x a week since it improves my flexibility. Gym makes ma More stiffer lol. Getting massage & using my own massage gun helps me a lot. Thanks been watching & subscribed. 👍🙏😜❤️🇨🇦

Great timing on this unexpected video. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my knee after having a meniscus repair a couple of years ago. Bummer news for a lifelong runner, but these exercises will certainly help to strengthen the joint and help prevent further injury. Thanks, Tim!

Revisiting this after doing it during the challenge and then doing it on my own from memory. Got SO much more out of it this time (the focus on the big toe and second toe mounds) and will do this 2-3 times a week for a month as you suggest and hopefully progress to level 2. THANKS, Tim!

Hi Tim, did I mention I’m recovering from a bad ankle sprain? This is so helpful to include in my practice as a way to recover. It’s a strain the the inferior and superior peroneal retinaculum and acheles tendon.

I thought about this practice going down steps today. I decided to slow down and hold the bent knee other leg forward position for a few seconds each step. People probably thought I was crazy, but hey Yoga is not just for the mat 🙂🙂

SO HELPFUL!!! I ll definitely try to incorporate it in my practice. I love the mobility/PT stuff. I can't find any helpful PT in France to help me with my messed up body. Taking your classes is way more helpful than any of the PT sessions i've taken here, plus it's more fun, you're better looking 😂 (no joke!), usually there's Ollie, I love how it's always different but always amazing, i don't have to get out of my house, it's free!!! and it's simply the best! Thank you soooo much Tim!!! I ll check the level two but for now i think i gotta work on the level one stuff! 👌🏻

I had to miss my morning knees over toes workout this morning, such random timing that it fit in with me being 3 days behind here 😅 Id also be interested in wrist strengthening for inverted poses! In down dog my wrists struggle keeping my hand flat, and side plank is a no go without my knee down
