I decided to repeat this routine three times a week (after work on my gym days), for the last two weeks. I am deeper in love with this routine and the difference it has made in my body is very noticeable.

great! Can you do a "light" flow class? Sun salutations, full body stretch with lots of movement- a non power/strength focus :)

Yes, I have many on the channel already :) Lots of 15-minute and 20-minute videos and a lot of beginner (lighter) workouts. For the short workouts in your Google search bar type in kzbin.infovideos On the opening page - under the red SUBSCRIBE button - there is a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 15 minute and 20 minute videos available. For the Beginner Series go to yogawithtim youtube Click PLAYLISTS. Click ‘Beginner Series’. There are seven beginner videos for you to check out. 😉

Thanks Tim, I now feel ready for yoga- being older I usually have to warm up myself before starting but now I have a little routine to follow- loved the 30 days when you're in the front room of the house with the brick fire place doing those various mobility exercises- everyone would benefit from them (except the likes of Francesca and Colin maybe- they're already flexible enough) and I think your audience would appreciate them and become better able to move in their asana. Thanks again Tim, always full of good ideas.

I Was on a walk with my phone playing music in my pocket and once I got home all of a sudden I heard you talking with the music...I pulled out my phone and somehow your video started...🤔very odd...but WELCOMED! 🤗So I pulled out my mat and did some of the routine with you. Excellent!!! Loved the mini routine. I wasn’t able to do my session this morning after doing a 4 mile walk. Then work took over until late at night. Great stretch to jump in the shower and go to bed

Perfect routine for a surfer with ongoing shoulder and hip tightness - thanks Tim! I would love to do see a surf-specific mobility routine or flow one day! I think it would be similar to this, but with a bit more focus on the neck
