Another one!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️ Definitely going to try that leg extension technique. I already go for the low leg position on the leg press, brought on by reading Frank's books. At its height, the bodybuilding legend, Frank Zane, had the most aesthetic and proportionate physique of all time. You must take his words seriously, after all, he is a guy who has always been interested in the beauty of the body, and who always looks good at the age of 77! What to age also gracefully and to separate from the stereotype of the old time.
@odessafile755 жыл бұрын
@Jason Bates I have to strongly disagree. Frank Zane had one of the most developed physiques from the mid 60s to early 80s which he maintained more or less years after he stopped competing. I met him at his peak in 1979 . Even the mass monsters of the time were in awe of him.

I recall Zane's rise to the top from before the time he beat Arnold. The noun "gestalt" comes to mind defined as "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts." This was Zane in a nutshell as he had to fine-tune his whole physique knowing he had no chance of out-developing some of the larger framed competitors with more genetic muscle mass potential. Just a guess that if Zane could have put on another quarter of an inch here or there, he'd likely pass if it threw the balance he was after off at all. There was a long gap between Steve Reeves until Zane came along to pick up on the aesthetic theme again. Those two did it better than anyone else.
