Age 26 , active life style , normal blood pressure, weight 53 , regular gym going , sleep 6 hours 20th April Lipid profile LDL cholesterol came as 241 and now today on 10th August 24 it is on 235 and dr has already told me to please pay attention to it so please check your lipid level and don't judge body by weight only.
