This was great for my alternate work after 2 days in a row of skating bowls in the parks. I can take a day off tomorrow and start all over again with 2 days of upper body lifting and hopefully a rain-free weekend of skating! Thanks Lakey!

That was awesome, Lakey! Thanks for taking the time to make this. Just worked the dead bug into my daily core routine (McGill big 3) and the activation is real. Maybe a future video idea would be post-surf recovery routine (type of stretches or cool down exercises and supplements)?

Yeah big 3 is a great starting point, but as you get stronger dead bugs are a killer core workout. I still do bird dog and side planks, but now also front plank with alternate knee crunch(like a stair climber). These are all great exercises! I’m going to add the reverse lunge and sumo squat - they look awesome mobility drills !
