LS430 center console fix (easy)

I just fixed my center console tonight using the Club Lexus post linked below. Made a simple video explaining the job, it was very easy to do and if your center console has to be pushed forward to open, do this easy job.
Tools I needed:
2 x Philips screwdrivers (long and short)
1 x 1/4" 10mm shallow socket with 2 extensions
Flashlight
Telescoping magnet if you drop any screws or they fall out while working
