LS9 880 walk around number 16

Here's a Ls 427 with a LS9 supercharger SL-C. The engine is custom built with race parts and now has a custom tune. 3.5 pounds per hp.
It is the race tail version of the SL-C and includes traction control, AIM MXL2 dash system, Raptor Pro wireless push button steering wheel button system, Tillett seats, hinged front nose and automatic doors.

I love it! my personal preference I would make the rear look like the Dauer Porsche 962 LM (only 12 ever made) I think the long tail set up with an integrated spoiler would look amazing, gimme a couple of years I'm coming over to spec mine. great car

Kelvin Cooks the base price is 45k i think, but thats just for the chassis, body and interior (no upholstery though), Everything else you'll have to buy and install yourself or hire this guy.

It was independently engineered but it has similarities. It is road legal in CA, in fact this one is currently registered and on the road in CA. It gets registered through the SB100 process, which is pretty easy.

How much does a customer pay you to do the build? What type of lead times are we talking about?

The labor costs to paint and completely build a SL-C are between 12 and 15 thousand depending on what engine and components are on the SL-C. 4 months to build, right now my next build opening is in December.

hey, is there a high-reving engine option? I wrecked my s2000 and i think a turbo-charged f20c would mate gloriously to this chassis, although the transmission would be an issue. it seems that Superlite has leaned toward crate motors for simplicity and raw power/torque but i think a high revving engine would make this a real joy to drive.
