My dear exercisers, welcome to my KZbin channel for a new 8-minute home workout, which contains exercises for a flat and strong stomach and narrow waist, and is intended for women over 40 years old.
The training consists of a total of 10 exercises for the CORE (abdominal muscles, lateral abdominal muscles, back muscles...), and they are done with weights from 1 to 2 kg.
The exercises are performed one after the other, in intervals of 30 seconds, and there is a 10-second break between the two exercises, to prepare for the next exercise.
It is important when performing lying exercises, that the lower part of the back "sticks" to the floor and does not separate, while we are careful not to press the chin to the chest.

Exercising at home (home training) has the same effect as if it was done in a fitness club. It is important to be persistent, persistent and patient and the results will be visible very quickly.
