from personal experience I wouldn't say the Luxemburgian achievement is the hardest one, but it def was fun to do! I would love to see you try the American Territory achievement too, as that's the clear standout in difficulty from all achievements in my opinion :) Love your videos and the sprinkles of history lessons in between!

Playing as a european country, it's usually better to go from National Supremacy to Racial Segregation, not Cultural Exclusion, since it will not change the discriminated pop, but gives a little bit more authority + loyalty! I don't see any advantage of going Cultural Exclusion, except if you have a language like french or spanish in common with your colonies, but in this case, the "low countries" is not present in any other culture that doesnt ALSO have "European Heritage".

I feel like south America is kinda shit to grow your economy. Not many resources not many pops and all the nations are recognized. In asia there are more people more resources and they are all unrecognized so you get 30% less infamy on them.
