I wish this had sub-titles. When Ludo says " always when I'm cooking and doing the white béchamel...something something about a cow...?? first 2, 3... with the flame with the fire, it's funny." What the fuck? Ludo, tell me what you said.

It literally is a Mornay sauce lol. Mornay doesn't have egg, it's just a bechamel with cheese.

I had this dish yesterday at his restaurant . Was disgusting . I am insulted what he charges and what he serves . It’s an insult it tested like a burned plastic. Yuck . Out of $200.00 . Fast food with horrid prices

I don't agree with this recipe! For the bechamel, you need nutmeg! The parmesan cheese is not in the original recipe! You have "croque madame" you add fried egg on the top! This recipe is like a pizza you can add what you want!
