There's more to this song than most know. I liked Luke a lot. He struggled and went thru some awful things when he'd disappear. Mostly by his own doing. As a fellow traditional musician and going thru similar struggles myself. Like also losing my dad at 21. So I can truly relate and know what feeling lost and going thru hell is like. Rest easy Luke.

I’m sorry to say that I was only introduced to Luke’s music after reading an article about “a country music artist” having passed away in Tucson, I got on KZbin to see what his sound was. DAMN. I didn’t expect to find a TRUE country musician and vocalist. So sorry for his family, friends and fellow musicians who knew and played music with this truly talented person. Thankful for the music he left behind, wished I had discovered his music another way. Rest In Peace

Yesterday I heard All Blue, by Luke. It was my first time hearing of Luke Bell and the song. I absolutely loved the harmonica and his voice. I honestly had not heard of him, but I have now, and will listen to more of his music. I was sadden when I looked him up to see who he was, to find out he had passed away. I lost a dear friend to a heroin/fentynal overdose five years ago and my heart is still sad. And, than to find out he was only two months older than my daughter. The drug epidemic does not discriminate, it can kill anyone at anytime. RIP Luke Bell you will live on through your music.

I grew up listening to my parents listen to classic country music and can't stand modern overproduced country. I only came here after hearing of news of Luke's death, such a pity, because what I found here was a live stripped back song with a rich classic vibe, something modern country is lacking. Sincerity. Let's praise what Luke was able to accomplish while he was with us. He left us this music to remember him by, and man, it's really good.

Anyone struggling with addiction or mental illness can relate to the lyrics of this song. RIP Luke. You were one of the good ones. Will always cherish the music you created during the time that you were on this Earth. I wish that you could’ve found your friend in the mirror more times than not. It’s a crime that such a wonderful songwriting performer’s mind was also burdened by mental illness. Taking solace in the fact that though you are no longer here, your burden is lifted… Of course, wishing that it could’ve been done so in a way that kept you here with everyone. 😞
