At first I thought, they're going to overdo the song but they kept it close to the original, humble, and killed it. Luke almost played it better than Chris Adler, Jason nailed the guitar and bass parts and David was so close yet different from Randy. It was all around a damn good cover! 11/10.
@mr_earule3 жыл бұрын
saya kira juga begitu, tapi lagu versi original-nya sudah merupakan sebuah mahakarya, jadi jika terlalu banyak improvisasi mungkin akan terdengar aneh. Luke played it more attractive with his authentic gesture, Chris is just a relaxed person 😄 David brought a muscly nuances. Jason's different references of harmony is refreshing.
@eliteextremophile88952 жыл бұрын
I kinda knew they wouldn't overdo it. Even when Jason does some insane stuff with his solos, he's still absolute madlad writing pretty much anything. Same goes for each of these guys. Goddamn that lead melody is great.

Metal musicians are some of the kindest people out of any music genre
@zacharybrown51503 жыл бұрын
I humbly disagree. Metal musicians are the ABSOLUTE WORST and they think they know everything. Not to mention they are wayyy up their own ass. Most of them would rather sit behind a computer and Djent before actually meeting a real human. This can be said about ANYONE though. I would like to clarify that this statement only applies to people that ONLY listen to metal. Most of them are scared to traverse genres.
@dot73073 жыл бұрын
@@zacharybrown5150 that's only true if they ONLY listen to metal. But that's only like 5 percent of us
@zacharybrown51503 жыл бұрын
@@dot7307 When I was younger I listened to a lot of Eminem and Nelly. Then I got into metal around 14 and it DESTROYED my taste in music for like 10 years. Then I would ONLY listen to Metallica when I was a kid Then grew into more aggressive metal like Devildriver and Slipknot. Those guys sealed the deal for me. My taste in metal ended with Born of Osiris. I absolutely loved Jason Richardsons playing in The Discovery. That was my favorite. I even listened to their earlier albums. Open Arms to Damnation was my favorite song for 2 years ha ha! That entire album was sweet. I listened to The Word Alive a lot too. It was like a daily schedule. I would wake up take a shower and work out listening to them and play drums n shit. WHEN I got into synthesizers It brought me back to the Beyonce days. I loved pop music man! It's just where it's at in my opinion. I'm a fan of Deadmau5 and like.....Bassnectar too those guys influenced me as well
