Ayam Taliwang (Taliwang Chicken). 8. Pelecing Kangkung Lombok, Beberok Lombok, Pelecing Lindong Lombok. 9. Sop Iga sapi (Beef Rib Soup). 10. Coto Makassar. 11. Nasi Goreng Sea Food (Sea Food Fried Rice). 12. Cumi Kuah Hitam (Black Squid Soup). 13. Gulai Kambing Aceh (Curry Goat Head of Aceh). 14. Gulai Kepala Ikan (Fish Head Curry). 15. Example: If in one tribe has 25 types of food. 25 x 1.340 tribes = 33.500 different types of food in the Republic of Indonesia, that's amazing. This is the Paradise of Atlantis that has come back to life: Nature, beautiful mountains, three-color lakes, green hills, waterfalls, beaches (pink beach, white beach, blue beach, green beach, etc. ), underwater worlds, rivers, fauna, flora, diverse cultures, of course delicious and varied culinary paradise...! #If you want to explore all the food in the Republic of Indonesia, maybe you will need 50 years, running from east to west. As a native Bukittinggi who currently living abroad, with an honour I give this review a glowing 5 stars. Really well researched and you guys also include the atmosphere of the community. The bit where you guys make the dishes in an authentic village in harau is a very smart decision. I can confirmed about the wooden stove is preferable for cooking especially for special occasion even for rice. And then you guys didn't go to the famous restaurant which is very very impressive and set this channel in a very special place for me. Well, H. Minah is famous but never get the cut when some culinary show pop out. Great job on pronunciation as well for both of you. I can feel the passion from both of you guys. Another trivia, the provincial government didn't allow big chain grocery stores and big chain convenient stores doing business here, that's the reason why the traditional market like pasa bawah is still thriving, also in any city in west sumatra. I haven't got home almost 7 years now, hopefully my time will come. Lastly, congratulations or Uda Luke and Uni Sabrina for the amazing job, bravo!

Wow man, I'm impressed! You go deep to the harau valey! Glad you enjoyed my home village dishes. As a native, I concur jackfruit rendang is the ultimate rendang, better than beef rendang! Now I crave for those childhood dishes of mine

i love love love this place, as i said last week, stunningly breath taking. I was a bit diasppointed in teh duck since you really didnt give a vivd descrption of the taste nor did it seem as though it was very tasty as compared to what you were expecting. Love jackfruit but never had it cooked . I was almost drooling for that jackfruit rendang!
