Started doing this during covid shut down. I do the 20 min session most mornings as i am working from home. I also do the 45min and 1hr sessions at the weekend. Ryan is a good calm teacher, with a good sense of humour, who continually prompts in order to correct positioning. Shame there is not more of his sessions available.

Lovely class! It's perfectly paced and definitely good for right now, i.e. the time of Corona. It opens you up gently, trying to achieve 'lightness'. I couldn't levitate at the end but I'm going to keep trying. Thank you!

Hi, I just bought my lululemon mat yesterday and practise this yoga today, I really enjoy the flow and the mat, I feel that with high quality mat I really enjoyed my yoga more! when I was jumping with previous mat, mat was coming with me to my head now with lululemon mat stayed stable. However it smells so much! How I can get rid of the smell in my yoga mat?

No really serious yogateacher would ever teach Yoga via Video. It's everything, but Not Yoga If one is following the concept of Patanjali. He explains in different sutras why this is not Yoga at all when someone is teaching in this way. And a serious yogateacher is knowing that.
@kickboxer56594 жыл бұрын
Guess your not following the concept of Patajali either since are only here for a negative comment. Really why watch?
@kelderecgraugnom82014 жыл бұрын
@@kickboxer5659 I am yogateacher with 15 years educations in Yoga and yogatherapy and I am following exactly what Patanjali is teaching and Sri T. Krishnamacharya, Desikachar and Mohan are teaching. And this Here has nothing to do with Patanjali. No serious yogateacher would teach Yoga via Video. This is contradiction. This is why I am writing the comments. And obviously you don't know anything in this direction. So start learning something. I am 40 years in this surrounding. And you?
@kelderecgraugnom82014 жыл бұрын
@@bruceengland3760 I am not interested in people who are on a trip of "lifestyle yoga". How can I create "positive" comments for bullshit? I am creasting such comments for people who like to find YOGA, a warning is something positive because wrong exercises can create very bad results for spine, hipps and knees. Do what you want, but if you are doing this nonsence every single day, you will remind my words in future. I have NO respect for people who are offering such unserious stuff as YOGA. But this is nothing new, even Patanjali was warning inside Yogasutra that there are a lot unserious yogateacher on the road. Obviously you don´t know the concept of Patanjali, what is the basic. And last: I looked some Videos of your "master" Baron Baptiste. I have no words for this but I can tell you what would have happend if I would have offered my teachers in the past 30 years ago inside our education lessons: they would have send me home for this nonsence. Your "master" is far away from the qualities Patanjali is asking for. Inside KZbin many "Yogateacher" are offering real bullshit, but your master is offering the topic of nonsence. And dangerous is this nonsence too.
@kelderecgraugnom82014 жыл бұрын
@@bruceengland3760 Buceeee baby,you know what I need? You are really funny. You are taking yoga lessons from people who don´t really offer the quality of YOGA and telling a Gestalttherapist and Yogateacher Yogatherapist with over 20 years educations and over 35 years dayly praxis what to do? Bruceee baby you are really funny. I am educated in 3 different yoga-traditions and my life is centred around this, and I am able to see on the first view if a "yogateacher" is teaching "REAL" yoga-quality or "lifstyle-pussy-stuff". And I am responsible for QULITY of YOGA and not for "lifestyle-pussy-stuff". And to offer YOGA via video, is the whole opposite of YOGA. This is contradictioon. How can a VIDEO give a personal teaching? And how can a direct teaching be personal, when there are 20 or more people inside a class and the yogateacher is doing at the same time the exerercises? The only question I have in this surrounding is: why are people switching off their brains, in the surrounding of yoga. The opposite should happen. But inside the modern "lifestyle-yoga-pussy-classes" I can see only highlevel stupidness. And dangerous stupidness. Many doctors and insurances are warning about this kind of "yoga" because the people are destroying their spines, knees and and and. Meanwhile there are books about this and documentations too. And on the same point there are people like YOU who are acting like pussies and telling me to chill? I have no words for the nonsence people like you are spreading! But do what you want. People like you are not really serious about the practise and doing this some days or some weeks and then findking somethin else. So the level of danger is not really high. But I can say something very clear: I have not a sparkle of respect for all these pussies - male and female - who are pretending to do YOGA. Out of my view this is only highlevel bullshit.And last: I don´t know only ONE yogateacher out of my tradition who is offering such videos. Buy the book of William J. Broad "The science of yoga". He is writing about this stuff. I am not really agreeing to everything he is saying, but he is describing the "danger" very good. And if you need some good informations about YOGA, look some videos from Leslie Kaminoff. Maybe they open your eyes and stop your ignorance and arrogance.

Focus on the intention... and accept that not everyone does things exactly the same. It is how humans progress. If you stay stuck here.. move on. However, he is helping many upon many of us who practice at home. Something as this is much better then not at all. Be kind.. hopefully that is one lesson you will learn.
