Indeed, his colleague informed us that he is not always available, so meeting him was a stroke of luck. He has a talent for photography and takes excellent pictures. It was our first time dining at the 2-Michelin stars restaurant on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, and we savoured the cappuccino and desserts from the À La Carte Menu*. We opted out of wine as we were served like during afternoon tea. The experience was truly exceptional, with top-notch quality, and the desserts were like individual works of art.
